The Vixen Package provides ongoing marketing support for businesses that want to improve their search visibility, keep their website current, and maintain a consistent presence on social media.

This package includes:

Complimentary Marketing Audit

Before services begin, Creative Fox Group will review your current website and online presence at no additional cost. This allows us to identify opportunities and determine where your marketing needs the most attention.

Website Maintenance and Support
Includes:
    • Up to four hours of website support each month
    • Update existing website text, photographs, business information, and calls to action
    • Add or update promotions, announcements, events, forms, and staff information
    • Refresh website imagery using client-provided photographs
    • Create or revise sections within existing website pages
    • Monitor the website for broken links and display issues
    • Perform routine website backups
    • Complete plugin, theme, and WordPress updates when applicable
    • Review website forms and important links for proper functionality
    • Make minor layout and usability improvements
    • Provide recommendations for improving the customer experience and generating inquiries

Website support applies to the client’s existing website. New pages, website redesigns, ecommerce management, custom programming, major layout changes, and advanced functionality are not included. These services may be quoted separately.

Ongoing Search Engine Optimization
Includes:
      • Review website search performance and keyword visibility each month
      • Research relevant keywords based on the client’s services, audience, and service area
      • Optimize priority website pages using current SEO & AEO best practices
      • Improve page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image descriptions, and internal links
      • Update existing website content to improve search relevance and readability
      • Identify and correct broken links, missing metadata, and basic indexing concerns
      • Monitor Google Search Console for indexing issues and search-performance changes
      • Optimize the client’s Google Business Profile
      • Update Google Business Profile services, hours, photographs, and business information as needed
      • Include an SEO performance overview in the monthly report

Search engine rankings cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on competition, website history, market conditions, and other factors outside Creative Fox Group’s control.

Social Media Management
Includes:
      • One social media post per week
      • Approximately four scheduled posts per month
      • Content created for Facebook and Instagram
      • Custom graphics or professionally edited client-provided photographs
      • Professionally written captions and calls to action
      • Formatting for the appropriate social media platforms
      • Scheduling and publishing
      • One federal holiday post when applicable at no additional charge
      • Basic monthly content planning

The same core content may be adapted and published across Facebook and Instagram. Each platform placement does not count as a separate post.

Graphic Design Support
Includes:
      • One standard marketing design per month
      • May include a flyer, advertisement, promotional graphic, basic sign, postcard, or similar marketing material
      • Brand-aligned design
      • Print-ready or digital files as applicable
      • Up to two revision rounds

Printing, installation, extensive copywriting, multipage publications, branding projects, and complex design work are not included.

Planning and Reporting
Includes:
      • Monthly marketing planning
      • Basic monthly performance summary
      • Recommendations for upcoming website, blog, SEO, and social media content
      • Priority email support
      • Coordination between website content, search optimization, and social media
Optional Add-On Services
Includes:
      • Event marketing campaign: Custom quote

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide Creative Fox Group with the appropriate administrative or partner access to the website, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and any other account included in the package.

Clients should not share personal passwords. Access should be granted through the platform’s approved administrative or partner-access system whenever available.

The client is also responsible for providing accurate business information, photographs, promotions, event details, and approvals within the requested timeframe. Delayed information or approvals may affect the publishing schedule.
